Back Extensions with weight 6 x 10 140 lbs.

Landmine Twists 6 x 10 70 lbs. each direction.

(Good day. Did this around 10 p.m. in the Gaaaaarrrrr - Raaaaaage gym. No way I could've done it in the 100 + degree heat!)
