(30 sec. approximately between sets)
HAMMER STRENGTH ISO Lateral Shoulder Press 3 x 8 90 lbs. a side
Dumbbell Laterals Raises 3 x 8 70's lbs. or 80%
supersetted with....
Dumbbell Front Raises 3 x 8 50's lbs. or 80%
