(30 sec. rest between 2's )
45 lbs Forward Hold
Plate Front Raises 3 x 10
Blast Straps Face Pulls (Lying Pull up pulling the handles up to my face instead of the chest.) til failure.
1 Arm DB Tricep Extensions 8 x 8 each @ 75% or 55 lbs.
Last work out before Saturday event.
