1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 reps each grip back & forth like 1 chin up Wide, 1 chin up Close Grip then 2 chin ups Wide, 2 chin ups Close Grip and so on....
BLAST STRAPS Push Ups and Tricep Extensions
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 reps each grip back & forth like above.
